Join this Retreat Day in the beautiful surroundings of South Cumbria, as we celebrate the Summer Solstice together. Hosted by mother-and-daughter duo - Jill and Rosannah!

The day includes a scenic walk with breathtaking views across Morecambe Bay. Lunch will be at the cosy Yew Tree Barn in Low Newton, followed by a solstice-themed arts workshop led by artist - Jill Johnson, who tells stories with collage, stitch and embroidery using vintage fabrics and thread (you don't need to be able to sew!).

The retreat will culminate in a guided seasonal Womb Circle, facilitated by Rosannah Jones - Menstrual Cycle and Womb Coach. This sacred space will blend meditation, movement, writing and energy work, designed to connect you with the solstice themes of creativity, abundance and expression, whilst honouring the ever-shifting inner seasons of your cycle.
