A gentle, grounding day for you to return to your feminine roots through breath, movement, menstrual wisdom and stillness.

This workshop weaves together guided meditation, hatha flow, yin yoga, journaling, menstrual cycle awareness and moon rituals. Together, we’ll slow down, reconnect with the body and honour the wisdom of our wombs.

We’ll explore what it means to live in rhythm with your body, not against it.

Held in the cosy space of Soul Bank Studios in Manchester, this is an invitation to rest, reflect and rise in your softness, your strength and your cycle.
